Account deletion

Delete your Reflect account and data.

You can delete directly in the App or send a request if you no longer have access.

Delete directly in Reflect

  1. Open Reflect.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Review the deletion summary and confirm.
  5. If requested, reauthenticate with your linked Google or Apple account to confirm ownership.

Request deletion without the App

Email us from the address linked to your Reflect account. The prepared email asks only for the details needed to locate and verify your account. Do not include journal text or a password.

What is deleted

After ownership is verified and deletion completes, Reflect deletes the Firebase account and associated mood check-ins, journal notes, feedback records, and feedback images controlled by Reflect.

Provider backups, security logs, de-identified analytics, crash data, and store transaction records may remain according to provider retention or legal requirements. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Important: cancel subscriptions separately

Account deletion does not cancel billing through Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel your subscription in the applicable store settings before or after requesting deletion. Store purchase records are controlled by Apple or Google.
