Using Reflect
A quick guide to the daily reflection flow and account controls.
Record a mood check-in
Open the check-in flow, choose the mood that feels closest, add an optional note, and save. Your mood and note become part of your journal history.
Review your journal
Use Journal to browse entries by month. Select an entry to review its mood and note or make an update when editing is available.
Understand insights
Insights summarize mood trends and distribution across the selected period. Longer 30-day and 90-day views require Premium access.
Restore Premium
Open the Premium screen and choose Restore. Reflect asks the store to restore eligible purchases associated with your store account.
Manage or delete your account
Open Settings to access sign-in controls and account deletion. If a step fails, use Support inside the app.
